Commercial art
Some experiments "in which the imitation is not free, and does not require any strong training of the senses."
Commercial drawings and poor art cannot have the same value as pure art; because, in their attempt to equal external reality, they resort to repeating the same fixed formulas (cliches) of practical life. These are images that have been formed in advance in order to receive social acceptance... Such images do not provide us with the strong jolt that our new acquaintance with the diversity and independence of things provides us. We perceive these images only as conventional symbols; because the imitation in them is not free, but a slow death that takes the lives of their users, so that they become like a wall devoid of feeling, a mere witness. Living art is an art that imitates the mind, imitates the conscience, translates the feelings, caresses them, harmonizes with them, translates, does not resemble. The most important difference between the pleasure of real art and commercial pleasure is somewhere here, in one of the corners of the mind, or in one of the corners of the conscience. It is related to the delirium of a lover seeking confirmation of his speech, translating premature readings, and dialogues with a ghost that we cannot find, but it is a deeper dialogue than that, (the delirium of an uprooted mind) in a sense. Recently, a (hidden art) has appeared, a monstrous thing that flirts with money and cheap goods, as some say (let's eat bread). I can call it (the glory of thefts) with the agreement of low awareness and false taste, forgetting a civilization that is thousands of years old, and the Iraqi, Babylonian, Akkadian, Sumerian, and Assyrian mind. The strange thing is that art professors compliment these cheap experiences, and do not require any strong training of the senses. Copying from the experiences of others and stealing their efforts; which leads to cheap art and fake experiences. Works with a commercial trend leave the recipient in a state of negativity and cheap pleasures without him realizing it, and may subject his mind and feelings to that state. While serious artistic pleasure has a positive, provocative activity that increases our understanding of reality.
